Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.
All prices on this website are in pounds sterling. Most prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. We take care to ensure that all pricing information on our website is accurate but rarely there may be an error. We verify pricing at our dispatch center. If you think you have been charged the incorrect price, you should contact us and we will refund any over-payment.
Placing an order
It is your responsibility to check that your order is accurate before submitting it to us.
If you purchase an item for your personal use and you are chronically sick or disabled, are a registered charity or you are making the purchase on behalf of an individual who is chronically sick or disabled for their personal use, you may be entitled to purchase the item without having to pay VAT. You will be required to make a declaration to confirm that the VAT exempt status applies. It is your responsibility to give accurate information and to not make a false declaration.
Payment and refunds.
by providing payment card details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the card and authorise us or our payment service provider to take payment in full for the items in your order, packing, postage and delivery charges and any other charges that become due to us under these terms. Refunds, if applicable, will only be made using the payment gateway and/or to the card originally used for payment.
Delivery of orders.
Items will generally be delivered within 14 working days. Note it is your responsibility to ensure clear access for delivery and installation of these items and we will not be liable for any damage caused by insufficient access. Delivery timescales are estimates only. If you do not receive your order within 15 days of us confirming your order
If your item is being delivered using our courier delivery service please note that items will only be delivered to the building’s main access door. It is your responsibility to ensure there is clear access for delivery of your item/s and we will not be liable for delayed deliveries due to inadequate access.
Please note that you are entitled to cancel orders if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the Products.
If you wish to cancel the order prior to order despatch, please follow the procedures set out in Order Changes or Cancellations. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our Returns policy.
Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories:
Goods made for client specification, incontinence products, Urinals, commodes and bed pans, bath lifts, shower seats, mattresses etc
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations give us the right to reduce the amount of refund that you receive, in the event that non faulty items being returned are damaged or used in any way. The amount which we might reduce your refund by will be dependent on the decrease in value of your use of the item.
Once we receive notice from you that you wish to cancel your order we will refund the purchase price for that item together with the packing and postage / delivery charge you paid to us for that item, You will have to pay the cost of returning the item to us.
If you wish to cancel an item after the cooling off period, provided you return the item to us within 14 days of the end of the cooling off period and in re-sellable condition we will refund the purchase price you paid for that item. We will not refund the packing and postage / delivery charge you paid to us for that item and you will have to pay the cost of returning the item to us.
Damaged and Faulty Items
If any item we have supplied is damaged on receipt or, within 6 months of supply, develops a fault, we will ask you to return the item to us for inspection. We will then replace or repair the item free of charge or refund the price you paid for it together with any packing and postage / delivery charges you paid to us for delivery of that item.
How to return items
Damaged and faulty items. To return a damaged or faulty item you must follow the instructions on the Shipment Note included in the delivery. For small damaged and faulty items that you return to us we will provide a freepost address which will be of no cost to you.
Cancelled items. To return an item you wish to cancel you must follow the instructions on the Shipment Note included in the delivery. You may return the items to us by your own preferred method.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of the website or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
